The Wake up Call for all Believers

I know you have faith. 

No doubt about that! I’ll be stupid arguing it out. And it’s not just the measure of faith that came with your new birth, but over time, you developed some personal, faith-related intuition, undeniably reliable for great exploits. 

But its many years gone by already and a particular dream is still on the-yet-to-come-to-pass list.

Why’s that? So it does not work- I mean your faith? How then should I explain seeing you, daily exercised in something with no other name but “works?” Yea, WORKS! – The only thing able to give life to faith is work.

Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. James 2:17 

The only thing unquestionably reliable for people of faith to practically prosper is by doing what David did. So it was, when the Philistine arose and came and drew near to meet David, that David hurried and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. 1 Samuel 17:48

 Hey! , I can attest to your faith, concomitantly relative in measure to every action you took and still might take, called works! That’s why I know your faith is not the problem considering the ability to jump intrepidly when you for something. 

In your shoes, my hill – pulverizing faith was not working, and since I had to do something the way majority found appropriate, I shifted from “trusting God” to “struggling with good ideas”. “I must make me happen”, took instructed perception out of my performance expectations. 

So David knew that the Lord had established him as king over Israel, and that He had exalted His kingdom for the sake of His people Israel. 2 Samuel 5:12

Knowing I had to practice what I preached by being strong in the roughest of weather, I embraced my record of long years in a shut down state as a God-wants-it-that-way arrangement. Suddenly realizing heaven had answered everybody but me, I found out I was in the rhythm of waiting for God. 

While God was waiting for me. Hey!, I overdid it. Peradventure you are over doing it, it’s time to change your mind like I did so you can change your life. It’s a now thing!

“Whoever it was who searched the heavens with a telescope and found no God would not have found the human mind if he had searched the brain with a microscope”. George Santayana.

Faith can’t be found either.  

So Faith need walk with works, and “works” is unapologetically physical. It has no intellectual or spiritual boss. 

Faith, being unreasonable, masterminds the working-together prerequisite that aligns both. Heaven instructs your works. Its in the midst of the works you employ the contributions of your mind. God told me, “son, after My instructions have taken root in you, then your mind can administrate whatever has location and destination. 

It’s a substance of faith thing! – giving direction of my residential evidence in your flair. 

Now faith is the [a]substance of things hoped for, the [b]evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).… 

Look, your mind can only gather my works. And when you begin to works, (Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.” John 6:29). your thoughts, become safely-guided in line with your destiny.”

But your faith, channeled in the wrong direction becomes your big “why” unanswered prayer. God told you where your breakthrough is. You just didn’t pay attention. You were too engrossed with what you wanted, still trying to figure out how your laziness, over- righteousness or whatever, ostracized you from the common wealth of wealth. 

Mordecai was a lazy Jew, right? All day sitting at the king’s gate. Well, he paid attention, and at the end of the day, became number two. What happened at the gate in Esther 2:21-22

In those days, while Mordecai sat within the king’s gate, two of the king’s eunuchs, [a]Bigthan and Teresh, doorkeepers, became furious and sought to lay hands on King Ahasuerus.

So the matter became known to Mordecai, who told Queen Esther, and Esther informed the king in Mordecai’s name.

wasn’t accidental. God gave his breakthrough, disclosing the plot of Bigthan and Teresh against the king. Joseph had his breakthrough two years before he touched it. God told him to poke his nose into the cast down countenance of the butler and that, got him the get- out- of- jail card.

So he asked Pharaoh’s officers who were with him in the custody of his lord’s house, saying, “Why do you look so sad today?”  Genesis 40:7

Go to the sea Jesus told peter. “take up the fish that first  cometh up” Nevertheless, lest we offend them, go to the sea, cast in a hook, and take the fish that comes up first. And when you have opened its mouth, you will find a [a]piece of money; take that and give it to them for Me and you.”. Matthew 17:27

Hey!, that was and is, no-question-asked instruction, so stop blaming someone or something over your deliberate disobedience! You missed your last breakthrough because you settled for the second fish that was bigger and finer. You then opened its mouth and found nothing.

Being single, being jobless, being sick, and unanswered prayers is your own making, pay attention to the written word---Scripture.

  

Live with it! Just don’t self-drive the next instruction.

PRAYER of Repentant:

O LORD, I receive grace in the name of Jesus to obey your instructions with all the specifics intact! I repent of all my deliberate blunders. Help me dear Lord to pay full attention to what you are daily orchestrating in my favour.
