To become what you want to be, you must be committed to a course, sincere, work hard and smart to achieve it.
Commitment:
The word "Commitment" means the willingness to work-hard and apply your energy and time to a job or an activity. Commitment is a necessity to make things successful. From the above definition, we see that commitment is a vital tool for anyone who aspires to be great in life. As a worker, either in your office or in the church, do you put more effort to be above others or you just occupy space and join the band-wagon of those running from work?
As a man or woman, what are you doing in ensuring that your marriage is a success? As a minister or a pastor, are you committed enough about saving souls or is it the 'goodies' that is in their hands that you are committed to? The truth can be bitter some time, but examine yourself.
As a single brother or sister who dream of becoming a father or a mother of a joyful and blessed home, are you putting more effort in ensuring that things work out? If you want to become an extra-ordinary man/woman you must put more efforts and work hard so that you can boldly say "I have fought a good fight. I have finished the race..."
Sincerity:
If you check the life of all priests/prophets and the disciples in the Bible, you will find out that they all have one thing in common, which is sincerity towards God and man.
When you are committed to a particular course, you must show sincerity. To be a good leader, you must be sincere to people and God. In our modern world, there is a trend to live selfishly and even hypocritically saying the right words but doing something vastly different; that is insincerity.

Let your words match your deeds and actions. if your proclamations are not matched by your actions, you are living a false life and there is no truth in you. You must be truthful and show genuine sincerity.
There is eternal condemnation for insincere people; do you want to be condemned? Then turn a new leaf!
Hard Work:
Hard Work is a command from God. Genesis 2:15 says, "then the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it." Also in Ecclesiates 9:10 Bible says ''Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom''.
God expects you to work with all your might where you are working now, and if you are not doing so, that means you are disobeying Him. The consequence is here in Deuteronomy 28:15. It is not only the murderer or fornicator that hell fire is made for, it is also made for disobedient servant.
The Lord said in John 9:4 "As long as it is day, I must do the work of Him who sent me. Night is coming when no one can work". Jesus was not only a prayerful man; He gave us the example that prayer and work go together. He was very active and almost tireless as a worker. He declared, "my father is always at His work to this day and I, too, am working" (John 5:17).
No wonder He achieved so much in a litle over three years of His earthly ministry. He was focused and even when people tried to seize him and make him a king, He ran away from them. He did not allow the riches of this earth to stand as stumbling block to Him.
I pray that we will all learn from Jesus so that we will be able to fulfill our dreams and also carefully build on the already laid foundation of our Lord Jesus.
Commitment, Sincerity and Hard work must be put into your daily activities. Practice and implement them so that you will be thoroughly equipped.
